I have to say that I was very impressed by Midwest Metals. They had everything you need for good customer service; straight forward procedures on how to get rid of your scrap, a clean yard, immaculate office and extremely welcoming and nice employees. It is definately a recommended place to go and get rid of your scrap.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to Midwest Metals. I went into the office feeling kind of out of place and was immediately greeted kindly. The woman at the counter told me what to expect and that she would ask the guys at the back to give me a hand. They weighed everything separately and by the time I got to the office, my invoice was ready. I was offered a free coffee on my way out.
I came into Midwest Metals with my trailer full of old farm equipment. The staff members assisted me with the scale and the employee working the excavator helped unload the load and made it look easy. I was paid in the front office by friendly staff and was very happy with my experience.
I would like to thank Midwest Metals for their quick and convenient vehicle pick-up. I wasn’t sure what I needed to do in order to have my vehicle picked up and when I called the office all my questions were answered politely. The driver showed up promptly and was very courteous. I would highly recommend Midwest Metals to anyone looking to scrap their vehicle.
I brought a car into Midwest Metals because I heard it was the best price for cars in the area. I was keeping my tires and the staff member took them off in no time and helped me load them on my trailer. I will be back for sure.
Visited Midwest Metals, couldn’t believe how clean a scrap yard could be. I didn’t know how much my stuff was worth but the staff member told me to take my electric motors to the other door for a better price. I took my papers to the office to be paid. It was sure worth the trip from Feversham.
I brought some copper and brass to Midwest Metals. The staff there showed me how to sort it differently so I would get more money. I learned a new trick to tell the difference between #1 and #2 insulated wire. I would go back for sure.
